NETGEAR certifies that its products are to the best of its knowledge, compliant with the applicable requirements of the Regulation EC 1907/2006 of the European Parliament Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals.
NETGEAR has been working with its suppliers and partners to implement the EU REACH Regulation and has a comprehensive program in place.
To our knowledge NETGEAR products do not contain the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) shown below and listed in Annex IV of the regulation, as measured by weight in homogeneous materials, pursuant to the European Commission Regulation EC 1907/2006.
